1. Eligibility & Licensing
The Manitoba Blacksmith Guild Raffle Fundraiser is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are physically located in Manitoba at the time of purchase. The raffle is licensed by the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA) under licence number LGCA 9303-RF-48249. Participants must be physically located in Manitoba at the time of purchase, regardless of residency. This raffle is conducted under the authority and oversight of the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA).

2. Ticket Sales Platform
Raffle tickets will be sold exclusively online using Raffle Nexus, an approved electronic raffle system (ERS). A valid ticket purchase is required for entry. Tickets may only be sold and purchased within the Province of Manitoba.

3. Ticket Sales Period
Ticket sales close on August 10th, 11:00AM.

4. Ticket Pricing
Tickets will be sold at the following rates:
○ 1 ticket for $50
○ 3 tickets for $100
○ 10 tickets for $250

5. Draw Dates & Prizes
○ Prizes Draw: August 10th at 11:30AM
i. The grand prize is a Coal Ironworks 15kw induction forge and Cluaran Forge Quick-disconnect system with coil package.
ii. Second Prize is a 2x72 Nexus Grinder Package

6. Draw Process
All draws will be conducted using a certified random number generator (RNG) through the Raffle Nexus platform, in accordance with LGCA standards. The draw will take place online through Raffle Nexus, hosted in Austin, MB. Prizes will be drawn in order of 50/50, Nexus Grinder, Coal Ironworks Induction Forge.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email or phone number provided at the time of ticket purchase within 24 hours of the draw. Winners' names and prizes will also be published on the Manitoba Blacksmith Guild’s official social media platforms.

8. Claiming Prizes
Prizes will be issued by cheque to the name recorded on the winning ticket within 14 days of the draw date. Prizes must be claimed by September 9, 2025. If unclaimed, a redraw will occur on September 10, 2025. If prize is still unclaimed, will redraw every 30 days until prize is claimed.

9. Privacy & Consent
By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the publication of their name, phone number, and prize details for promotional and regulatory purposes.

10. Receipts & Disputes
Participants must retain their original electronic receipt. In the event of a dispute, the original receipt and electronic raffle record will determine validity.

11. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

12. Conflict of Interest
Members of the Manitoba Blacksmith Guild’s board of directors and anyone involved in the conduct or management of the raffle are prohibited from purchasing tickets.

13. Use of Proceeds
All proceeds from the raffle will support the Manitoba Blacksmith Guild’s educational, cultural, and community programming.
